A group of dedicated and hardworking individuals with extensive experience in the industry got together in March 1997 to form a company called Thermal Engineering Works & Services Sdn. Bhd. The company undertakes works such as fabricating, refurbishing, repairing and upgrading of all types of Heat Exchanger.

To further boost its efficiency, the company undertook a restructuring exercise and was taken over by Thermal Heat Exchanger Sdn. Bhd. Today, the company has gained a stronger foothold as it now cover a wider range of industries i.e. Marine, Power Station, General Industry etc.
