All aluminum heat exchange product for air or oil cooling applications
are based on comprehensive component design standard, specific
assembly technology & optimized material selection and specification
to satisfy the increasing demands of the heat transfer sector.
The brazed aluminum tube block is a robust in-house design
and manufactured unit that has undergone extensive Thermal
& pressure cycle test during development.
'Thermal' brazed aluminum coolers are totally made by aluminum
and all the parts are exactly designed starting from materials,
thickness and design. Fins have a special inclination to increase
the performances and to assure high cleanness. Another important
element is turbolator that by its particular profile, gives
high resistance and performances.
Corrosion proof is obtained by special superficial treatment.
The innovative processes to solder all parts are named brazing.
It develops in controlled atmosphere brazing vacuum furnace.
By this reason 'Thermal' brazed aluminum coolers have high
performances and resistance like the best exchangers in the
world market and they assure working pressure 25 bar, test
pressure 35 bar and maximum working temperature 120°C

The cooler should be sited giving attention to the following
points:
- Coolest ambient air should enter the unit unimpeded;
- Warm air discharged from the cooler must not be allowed
to recirculate into the fan inlet;
- Cooler should be protected from high pressure surges
and sited in the return side of the pipe work;
- Either connections boss mat is used for inlet or outlet
pipe connections;
- Trapped air may be vented by carefully loosening and
plug in the top of the cooler during commission;
- Frequent stop/start should be avoided;
- Ensure fan rotation is correct.
- Little maintenances
are required under normal conditions.
- The cooling fins must be kept clean for peak performances.
- Do deposits can be removed with a soft brush and or compressed
air. If the dust is oily, low pressure steam cleaning may be
required along with a detergent compatible with aluminum.
- Inline with our continuing development
programmed 'thermal heat exchanger s/b reserve the right to
change specifications without prior notice given.
